  • How can I use this program/service ?

After registering with us, you will be given a unique link that you can share with your customers, once they submit and order and receive it, your commission will be reflected in your account.

  • Can I transfer my account to others?

You Cannot transfer your “Seller” account to others, the account is registered under your name and is using your bank information for any payment transfer.

  • Can my customers use my link in all GCC countries?

Definitely, your commission will be calculated from each country, and will be shown to you in the dashboard.

  • How long will the partnership last?

There is no limitation for the contract, we will monitor each account and if there is no sales occurred, we will check with the seller the situation, wither they would like to continue or not.

  • What type of people can apply?

Everyone can apply.

  • Is there a minimum age to apply?

No there is no minimum age, and no maximum age. 

  • In terms of commission payments, what if I don’t have a bank account?

You can use your guardians (parents) Bank account with NOC Letter & proof of guardianship either Emirates ID or Passport Copy

  • Is this program running  globally?

No its for now open to only those residing in all GCC. 

  • How my commission will be calculated, and when will I be paid?

Once an order is submitted through your link and the order is successfully delivered to your customer, the commission will get reflected in your account. You will be paid on the 15th of any month

  • What happen if my customer rejected or didn’t receive the order?

If an order is cancelled, your commission will be removed from your account.

  • If I have any technical issues with my profile, who can I contact?

You can send an email to care@hilal.cc with a screenshot or explanation of the issue and we shall revert to you within 24hrs 

  • What if my customers are not residing in the same country? How is my commission calculated?

In your dashboard, you can monitor commissions from orders around GCC, but make sure they are using your unique link. 

  • Can my customers order and ship globally?

Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t have shipping outside GCC

  • What payment method can I get paid with?

Commissions will be paid by Bank transfer, you can update your bank account information in the dashboard settings.

  • What happened if my payment is not received on time?

Reach us on our email so we can check the payment for you.

  • Is the commission applied to all products/brands online?

Commissions are applied to all products/brands excluding Hind Al Oud

  • What is the return/refund policy?

We have a 30 days return/exchange policy, we have full rights to validate the return reason before accepting.

  • What happened if the order didn’t receive the customer?

As a MHGboutique.com customer, they can reach us on our support channel to check their order status, please note that we include order tracking link with every order confirmation email.

  • What happens if my customer didn’t use my link?

No commission will be calculated for your account.

  • What carriers do you use, and will my customers be able to track my orders ?

We use external courier for shipping, all orders will be delivered from 2 to 4 working days with the option to track orders.
